- 630 g silken tofu
- grated peel of a small lime
- 0,5 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp Centralsun mango powder
- 2 tbsp Centralsun passion fruit powder
- 1/3 tsp Centralsun vanilla powder
- honey or other sweetener to taste
Press to drain the silken tofu and process with all the other ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and velvety. Before serving, put the cream to a refridgerator for about half an hour.
