SPINACH & CHICKPEA PANCAKES
Quantity: 15 pieces
You need:
- 120 g chickpea flour
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp organic Centralsun spinach powder
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of ground garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for cooking
Preparation:
Mix and whisk chickpea flour and water. Add the baking powder, salt, pepper, ground garlic and Centralsun Spinach Powder and mix into the batter and stir. Heat the pan, add some oil and pour the batter on according to your taste. Cook the pancake for about 4 minutes on each side, until the pancake is golden. Serve warm.
