1. General Information
The owner of the online store Centralsun.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is Centralsun OÜ, registry code 14887461, located at Pärnu mnt 102, 11312 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia.
By placing an order in the Online Store, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products and Pricing
All product images displayed in the Online Store represent real products. However, due to natural variations and differences in screen settings, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur.
As our products are natural foods and superfoods, variations in taste, color, and texture may occur between batches.
All prices are displayed next to the products. Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the destination country and delivery method.
We reserve the right to update prices and product information without prior notice.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order:
Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
Enter the required personal and shipping information.
Select your preferred delivery method.
Choose one of the available payment methods.
The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
The sales contract is considered concluded once payment has been successfully received.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including shipping costs, where applicable) will be refunded within 14 days.

All payments are processed in a secure encrypted environment. Centralsun.com does not have access to full card or banking credentials.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Centralsun ships worldwide from Estonia.
European Union
Orders within the European Union are delivered via trusted national postal operators and their contracted courier partners.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available for all destinations within the EU. The minimum order value required for free shipping depends on the destination country and is displayed at checkout.
Outside the European Union
Orders outside the European Union are shipped via DHL Express.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available for international destinations. The minimum order value required depends on the destination country and is displayed at checkout.
For DHL Express shipments, shipping costs may decrease automatically as more items are added to the cart.
Processing Time
Orders placed on business days before 16:00 (EET) are usually dispatched the same or next business day.
Orders placed after 16:00 on Fridays or during weekends are processed on the next business day.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all related costs. This includes the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any re-shipping cost if the order is to be sent again.
The same conditions apply if the customer fails to collect the shipment from the designated pickup point within the storage period.
In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the Online Store is not obligated to resend the order without additional payment.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for detailed information.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Private consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying Centralsun within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities or business customers.
After giving notice of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the notice.
The customer bears the direct return cost, including where the original delivery was free. Centralsun bears the return cost for defective or incorrectly supplied goods, or where it has expressly agreed to do so.
The original standard-delivery cost is refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law; any additional cost of a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer is not refunded. The refund is made within the statutory time limit and may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
The customer may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning and is responsible for any resulting diminished value from further handling. Opening a product does not automatically prevent return. Statutory exceptions include goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Estonian law.
