What Is Black Cumin Seed Oil?

Black cumin seed oil is an oil pressed from the seeds of black cumin, which has powerful healing properties. It is rich in beneficial fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids are present in black cumin seed oil. It also contains 15 different amino acids, a rich source of B-group vitamins and essential micro- and macroelements such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, iron, zinc, copper and selenium.

How to Use Epigenetics Black Cumin Seed Oil?

Black cumin seed oil can be used both internally and externally, for example, to nourish hair, skin or nails. For internal use, the recommended daily dose for adults is 1 teaspoon of oil 2 times a day, 15 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
