Why is vitamin D important in autumn and winter?

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that the body produces in the skin when exposed to the sun’s UVB rays. In northern countries there is little sunlight from autumn to spring, so many people add vitamin D to their diet at this time of year.

Why hemp seed oil?

Vitamin D is fat-soluble, so cold-pressed hemp seed oil is a natural carrier oil for it. Hemp seed oil contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

How to use

• Recommended daily dose: 2 drops with a meal, for example at breakfast with water or juice.
• Shake before use.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Cold-pressed hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from lanolin), natural mixed tocopherol oil.
