What is vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is a water-soluble vitamin. In nature it is found mainly in foods of animal origin – meat, fish, eggs and dairy products – which is why vegans and vegetarians often pay particular attention to their vitamin B12 intake.

How to use

• Recommended daily dose: 10 drops in a small amount of water or juice, for example at breakfast.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Per daily dose (10 drops): vitamin B12 670 µg (26,800% of the Nutrient Reference Value).
