ALMOND BUTTER WITH VANILLA AND CINNAMON

250g Centralsun’s almonds

2 tsp Centralsun’s ground vanilla

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/3 tsp salt

Optional: 2 tsp of carob powder or other sweetener

Preparation:
Roast the almonds in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes and let them cool. Place the almonds and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. The longer you process, the more fluid consistency you get, and the blending time will depend largely on how powerful your food processor is.
