OVERNIGHT PORIDGE WITH JACKFRUIT AND PEAR
Quantity: for 2
- 100 g whole grain oatmeal
- 100 g of pear puree
- 250 ml of almond milk
- 2 Tbsp Centralsun Chia Seeds
- 1 heaping tablespoon of Centralsun jackfruit powder
- 1 tsp Centralsun ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon Centralsun ground vanilla
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Mix all the components together and leave to thicken overnight in the refrigerator. Serve with your favorite toppings: nuts, fruits, berries, etc.
