BLACKCURRANT CURD FROM RAW BUCKWHEAT
Serving size: for 3-4
- 200 g of raw buckwheat
- 50 ml of plant-based milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp of Centralsun blackcurrant powder
- 1/3 Centralsun ground vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional sweetener of your choice
- Serve with berries, fruits, coconut flakes of your choice.
Preparation:
Soak raw buckwheat in water for 3-4 hours. Rinse thoroughly and drain. Add the buckwheat, plant-based milk and all remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until a pleasant consistency is achieved. A hand mixer can also be used instead of a blender.
Let the mixture stand in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving. Serve with berries, fruits, nuts or seeds of your choice.
