OATMEAL COOKIES WITH BANANA POWDER

Amount: 11 pcs

  • 150 g wholemeal rolled oats (gluten-free is also suitable)
  • 100 g natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Centralsun's banana powder
  • 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 25 ml plant based milk
  • a dash of salt

Preparation:
Place all the cookie ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until smooth. If necessary, add a little sweetener or vegetable milk. Shape the mixture into 11 equal biscuits and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes, until the biscuits are nicely golden. Allow to cool completely before eating.
