PITAYA BOUNTY

  • 150 g of coconut flakes
  • 150 g of coconut cream (the solid part of coconut milk)
  • 2 tbsp Centralsun pitaya powder
  • 40 g of agave or maple syrup
  • 150 g of dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation:

Mix together the coconut flakes, coconut cream, sweetener, pitaya powder and form 12 equal-sized bars with your hands. Place in the freezer for an hour. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and dip the bars into the chocolate and place on a wire rack to drain. If desired, drizzle another layer of chocolate over the bounties. Put the bars in the fridge and enjoy a sweet bite whenever you feel like it. Such bounties are also very effective, for example, as an offer for a party table.
