RASPBERRY-COCONUT ENERGY BALLS
Amount: 14 pcs
- 100 g Centralsun's cashews
- 20 g Centralsun's raspberry powder
- 70 g wholemeal oatmeal
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes, with more for topping if you wish.
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 50 g juicy dates
- 1/5 tsp salt
- 50 ml water
Preparation:
First pour hot water over the nuts and let them soak for 15 minutes, then drain. In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients and process until a fine, smooth and sticky paste has formed. Add a little water if necessary. Roll the dough into 14 equal sized balls between your hands and cover them with coconut flakes, if desired.
Allow to chill for a little while before eating and store in the fridge.
