• Support in case of digestive problems: may be of help to relieve bloating and gas. Take a quarter of a teaspoon (1 g) mixed with water or juice at least 30 minutes before meals. Repeat soon after eating. It is important to take activated charcoal before and after meals to reduce intestinal gas effectively. It has no taste, smell or aftertaste. Safe for humans and animals.
