The honey we offer comes from a certified organic beekeeper whose bees live in wooden hives lined with beeswax made by the bees themselves. Only organic feed is used, queen bees are raised in certified organic conditions, all treatments and sales are carefully documented, and hive maintenance follows organic standards – avoiding aggressive chemicals.

The foraging areas are carefully selected, far from industrial pollution and conventionally treated fields. This thoughtful and responsible approach ensures that the honey we offer is not only clean by lab results but also with peace of mind.
