AVOCADO-CORIANDER SAUCE WITH LIME
- 150 g of avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
- 20 g of jalopeno (decide according to your spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon Centralsun cilantro powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 70 ml of water
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Peel the avocados and garlic. Chop finely. If you use fresh jalopeno, clean it of seeds. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree evenly. This sauce is well suited for salads, vegetables, rice, meat, fish and as a dipping sauce.
