BEET BANANA MUFFINS
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 50g Centralsun coconut oil
- 160g of oatmeal
- 3 teaspoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of Centralsun beetroot powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 0.5 tsp of salt
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and puree with a blender until smooth. Then divide the mixture into muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. Let the muffins cool a little and decorate with your favorite cream or enjoy as is.
