CASHEW SPREAD WITH CHIVES

You need:

  • 50 ml water
  • 150 g Centralsun cashews
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Soak the nuts in water for a few hours or overnight and rinse well before using. Place the nuts, water, salt, pepper and vinegar in a blender or a food processor and mix until a silky cream forms. Add the chopped chives, blend well and to get the best taste, let it sit for a while in the fridge.
