CUCUMBER SALAD WITH SEAWEED
Amount: approx. for 2
- 250 g cucumber
- 1 small chilly
- 20 g shallots
- 1 tbsp Centralsun seaweed
- 1 tsp Centralsun coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 5 g ginger
- 1 larger garlic clove
Preparation: In the bottom of a bowl, prepare the sauce: coconut sugar, soy sauce, oil, lime juice, finely grated ginger and garlic, add finely chopped shallot and chilly. Add the sliced or otherwise chopped cucumbers and seaweed to the sauce and mix well. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes for seasoning purposes.
