VIRGIN GINGER MOJITO
- ca 15 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tl Centralsun coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp Centralsun ginger juice powder
- ¼ lime
- 200 ml sparkling water
Place mint leaves, sugar and ginger juice powder in the bottom of a glass. Add freshly squeezed limejuice and add some lime zest. Muddle the mixture well with a cocktail muddler to blend all the flavours and dissolve the sugar. Add a splash of water if necessary. Fill the glass with ice and top up with sparkling water. Mix well and serve immediately.
