By placing an order in the Online Store, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Pricing

All product images displayed in the Online Store represent real products. However, due to natural variations and differences in screen settings, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur.

As our products are natural foods and superfoods, variations in taste, color, and texture may occur between batches.

All prices are displayed next to the products. Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the destination country and delivery method.

We reserve the right to update prices and product information without prior notice.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order:

Add the desired products to the shopping cart.

Enter the required personal and shipping information.

Select your preferred delivery method.

Choose one of the available payment methods.

The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

The sales contract is considered concluded once payment has been successfully received.

If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including shipping costs, where applicable) will be refunded within 14 days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Centralsun ships worldwide from Estonia.

European Union

Orders within the European Union are delivered via trusted national postal operators and their contracted courier partners.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for all destinations within the EU. The minimum order value required for free shipping depends on the destination country and is displayed at checkout.

Outside the European Union

Orders outside the European Union are shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for international destinations. The minimum order value required depends on the destination country and is displayed at checkout.

For DHL Express shipments, shipping costs may decrease automatically as more items are added to the cart.

Processing Time

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 (EET) are usually dispatched the same or next business day.

Orders placed after 16:00 on Fridays or during weekends are processed on the next business day.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.

Such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for detailed information.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, private customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
