Validity of the sales contract; goods and price information
If you consume some of the products regularly and for a longer period of time, you may notice that the color, taste, etc. of some products (especially fruit powders) may somewhat differ due to the natural differences occurring in nature.
The terms of sale apply to the goods purchased from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are shown next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. The goods will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice or with courier.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is also displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Delivery is free for orders over 99 €.

Placing an order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method for delivery. The full amount of the fee is then displayed, which can be paid via credit card, a bank link or on the basis of an invoice sent to your mailbox.
The order is confirmed when the Seller receives the due amount to the bank account of the online store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to "out of stock" or for other reason the seller is responsible for, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
If you are ordering to a European Union country, no additional tax is applied to your order. For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply, depending on your local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office or post office for more information on potential charges.
Shipping
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is also displayed in the checkout after you enter your address.

Payment with Estonian bank links takes place outside the E-shop in a secure payment environment mediated by Maksekeskus AS. The centralsun.com e-shop does not have access to your bank’s data.
You can choose the currency in Centralsun.com e-shop you wish to pay in. There are 4 different currency options.
Return of goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity/company.
The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
The return of damaged goods will not cost you.
The postage costs of returning or exchanging the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with the ordered or defective goods.
The customer will be reimbursed for the returned goods immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application.
