Vitamins
Vitamins are essential micronutrients that the body needs for a wide range of normal functions. A varied and balanced diet is an important source of vitamins, while food supplements can provide a convenient way to complement the daily diet when needed.
At Centralsun, you can find a selection of vitamins in different forms, including capsules and liquid supplements. Our range includes vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin B12 and B-complex products.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and normal collagen formation.
Our Vitamin C Capsules contain 500 mg of vitamin C per capsule and are enriched with rutin, acerola cherry extract, rosehip berry powder and grapefruit extract.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. It also contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and to normal blood calcium levels.
Centralsun offers vitamin D3 in different forms. Our Vitamin D3 Capsules contain 4000 IU (100 µg) of vitamin D3 from lichen per capsule and have a vegan formulation.
For those who prefer a liquid supplement, our selection also includes Vitamin D3 in hemp seed oil.
B Vitamins
B vitamins are a group of vitamins with different roles in the body. Several B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Our Liquid Vitamin B Complex contains several B-group vitamins in a convenient liquid form.
The selection also includes Vitamin B12 for those looking specifically for a food supplement containing vitamin B12.
Liquid Vitamins or Capsules?
Choosing between liquid vitamins and capsules is largely a matter of personal preference. Capsules provide convenient and straightforward dosing, while liquid supplements may suit people who prefer drops or do not wish to swallow capsules.
When choosing a vitamin supplement, consider the amount of the nutrient in the recommended daily serving, the ingredients, directions for use and your individual needs.
How to Choose Vitamins?
The choice of a vitamin supplement should take your diet and individual needs into account. More is not necessarily better, and recommended amounts vary considerably between different vitamins.
Always follow the recommended daily dosage stated for the individual product. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
