COOLING ACAI CANDY
Amount: ca 16 pieces, depending on the mould
- 370 g plant based plain yoghurt.
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1,5 tbsp coconut condensed milk
- 2 tsp Centralsun acai powder
- 0,5 tsp Centralsun ground vanilla
Preparation:
Mix or whisk together all the ingredients and pour into desired moulds. Place the candy in the freezer and allow to sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
