MATCHA-BANANA SUPERPUDING for 2
- 1 banana
- 350 ml of almond milk
- 100 g 100 g of unflavoured dairy or vegan yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
- 75 g Centralsun's chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- your favorite toppings
Preparation:
Blend banana, almond milk, yogurt, matcha, vanilla extract and salt. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the chia seeds and mix well. Allow to cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Serve with your favorite berries, roasted almonds, muesli or nuts.
