TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

Quantity: for 1

  • 1 ripe (frozen) banana
  • 1 smaller orange
  • 2 teaspoons of Centralsun papaya powder
  • 2 tsp Centralsun Pineapple Powder
  • 150 ml of light coconut milk
  • turmeric if desired (and just a little pepper for better absorption of turmeric)

Preparation:

Blend all the components together into one nice and healthy smoothie. If desired, serve with ice or in a smoothie bowl.
