TROPICAL SMOOTHIE
Quantity: for 1
- 1 ripe (frozen) banana
- 1 smaller orange
- 2 teaspoons of Centralsun papaya powder
- 2 tsp Centralsun Pineapple Powder
- 150 ml of light coconut milk
- turmeric if desired (and just a little pepper for better absorption of turmeric)
Preparation:
Blend all the components together into one nice and healthy smoothie. If desired, serve with ice or in a smoothie bowl.
