How to Use

Prepare it as hot or iced matcha tea, or combine it with milk or a plant-based drink for a matcha latte. The powder can also be blended into smoothies or yoghurt and used in desserts, raw bars, pancakes, waffles, cakes, muffins and other baking recipes.

How to Prepare Matcha

Place a small amount of matcha powder in a cup or bowl. Add a little hot, but not boiling, water and whisk until smooth. Add more water for matcha tea, or finish with milk or a plant-based drink for a latte. A bamboo whisk is optional; a small kitchen whisk or milk frother can also be used.
