BLUEBERRY WHIPPED SEMOLINA PORRIDGE

Quantity: for 3

  • 0,5 l water
  • 70 g of semolina
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or other sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Centralsun blueberry powder

Preparation:

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the sugar and salt. Lower the heat, add the semolina and bring to a gentle boil for about 10 minutes until the semolina thickens.

Turn off the heat, pour the hot mix into a bowl and leave to cool. Add vanilla extract and blueberry powder and whisk with a mixer until it has a mousse-like consistency.

Serve with your favourite (plant-based) drink and fresh berries.
