Liver cleansing smoothie in two variations: 

  • 2 bananas or half a papaya (or 2spl freeze-dried papaya powder).
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried pink pitaya powder
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen wild blueberries (or 2 tbsp freeze-dried wild blueberry powder)
  • ½ cup water

As an alternative, you can make the liver cleansing smoothie using these ingredients:

  • 1 banana or ¼ papaya
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried pink pitaya powder
  • 1 celery stalk
  • ½ cup sprouts of your choice
  • ½ freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ cup water

The preparation itself is a breeze! Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and process until a silky texture is achieved and enjoy immediately!
