Organic Atlantic Dulse Powder – Natural seaweed from Ireland
Organic Atlantic Dulse Powder (Palmaria palmata) is a red seaweed, wild-harvested from the clean, cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean off Ireland. It is dried at a low temperature (below 40 °C) to preserve as much of its nutrients, enzymes and raw food quality as possible.
Dulse powder is especially valued for its naturally salty flavour and its minerals. It contains iodine, iron, potassium, magnesium and essential amino acids. It is also perfect in smoothies, soups and salads, or as a natural seasoning instead of salt.

How to use
Dulse naturally contains iodine. If you have a thyroid condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use. Add the powder to smoothies, soups and sauces, or sprinkle it directly over salads. Thanks to its natural flavour, dulse also goes perfectly with roasted vegetables and other cooked dishes.
Storage conditions
Store the package in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Close the package carefully after each use to keep moisture out of the product.
