Mango Smoothie Bowl

Everyone loves mangoes! A sweet taste with a fresh, juicy and creamy nuance that pampers the senses of taste. But what are the health benefits?

The best part is that this tropical fruit, which is full of taste and color, is also very beneficial to us. Mango is full of antioxidants, vitamins and enzymes. No wonder then that mango is crowned the “king” of the fruit kingdom. Let’s take a closer look at the useful properties of mango.

1. Gives glowing and radiant skin

Yes, you read that right – mango takes care of beautiful skin. Mango, which contains both vitamin A and vitamin C, helps to form collagen, a protein that cares for the elasticity of the skin, as well as hair growth and skin renewal. Vitamins and antioxidants protect the skin from harmful sun rays and help delay premature aging. The superhero of skin care, vitamin C, tightens wrinkles and reduces dark spots and inflammation caused by acne.

2. Strong injection of immunity

If you want to boost your immunity, mango is definitely a fruit to eat, because all mangoes, including peel, contain a lot of antioxidants. In addition to high levels of vitamin C and antioxidants, mangoes account for about 25% of our daily dose of vitamin A, which supports healthy immunity.

3. Improves digestion

Fiber is essential for a healthy digestive system and mangoes have plentiful. Eating fiber also helps keep blood sugar and cholesterol levels low. The combination of antipolyphenols and fiber in mango is effective in relieving constipation. Mango also helps to strengthen bones because it contains minerals, calcium, magnesium and B vitamins.

4. Helps prevent heart disease and diabetes

Mangoes are high in vitamin C, pectin and fiber, which help lower blood serum cholesterol levels. Potassium helps control heart rate and blood pressure, which keeps the heart healthy.

5. Helps to lose weight

The phytochemicals in the mango act as natural fat burners. Mangoes have fiber that keeps the stomach full longer. If the stomach is full longer, it also prevents the need for constant snacking. Replace sugary sweets with mango as it satisfies the sweet craving.

6. Keeps vision sharp

A compote of beneficial substances from vitamin A, lutein, zeaxanthin and beta-carotene supports eye health and helps maintain vision. It is especially useful to eat mango if you spend a lot of time on the computer or in the sun – mango supports your eyes during this time and helps dry eyes recover.

7. Alkalizes the body

Tartaric acid, malic acid and citric acid help to increase the alkaline residue in the body.

8. Makes you happy

Mango also has mental healing properties. It helps with sadness and stress.
